音楽が好きだ。音楽が無くても生きていけるけど、音楽が好き。

10代初めにいろんなジャンルの音楽の影響を受けて、ハマった。
アメリカンロックから入り、90'sのR&Bとヒップホップ、グランジ、パンク、メロコア、スカ、ソウル、ハウス、ボサノヴァ、北欧ポップ、カントリーなどなど、ありとあらゆる音楽をCD店やMTVで聞き漁った。好奇心のかたまりで、スポンジが水を吸うように吸収していった。

10代半ばクラブイベントが元となっている、フリーソウルやグルヴィーロックキャラバンのようなコンピレーションCD、クラブ音楽を買い始め、東京に憧れを抱く。今のようにインターネットも無く、Tower Recordの無い田舎町では、情報を集めることが大変だった。東京しかないと思った。

東京に出て、刺激だらけの毎日を謳歌する。DJに出会い、DJにハマる。世界のDJを聞き始める。
一念発起しNYへ。様々なジャンルの音楽・文化の発祥の地、最先端の流行を目の当たりにした。親のスネをかじり尽くしたので、帰国し安定的生活へ。そして現在海外駐在サラリーマン。

今好きな音楽は、音楽全般。ブログを通して徐々に説明しよっと。

愛して止まないラテン音楽。今夜はこんな気分。

I love music. I can live without music, but I love it.

I got into music after I began listening to many kinds of it at my early 10's. I started with American rock, 90's R&B and Hip Hop, Grange, Punk, Melocore, Ska, Soul, House, Bossa Nova, Scandinavian pops, Country, etc. I dug up all types of music. I was really curious about music as if sponge absorbed water.

At my middle 10's, I started to collect Various Artist CDs by Club events in Tokyo such as Free Soul, Groovy Rock Caravan, etc.
and Club music as well. It made me want to live in Tokyo. There was no internet and Tower Record in my hometown. It was very hard to get music information and know what's in or going on in music industry. I believed there was only Tokyo that made my dream come true.

I moved to Tokyo and I was inspired by everything everyday. One day I met some DJs and they got me into DJ. World famous DJs fascinated me.

The next destination came to be NYC naturally. I felt the birth place of Various music genre and culture, and cutting edge fashion. I financially sucked up my parents. I knew I eventually needed to go back to Japan to start a stable life. I am now working in oversea.

The music I like is all music. I post some music through my blog.

I can't stop loving Latin music. I feel like it tonight.
