Which Vietnam War Movie?

先日友人のAと、どのベトナム戦争の映画が一番印象に残っているかという話になり、
僕の一番好きなプラトーンと彼のお気に入りのフルメタルジャケットを、久しぶりに見た。

フルメタルジャケットは、兵士を育て上げるための徹底した人格崩壊させる方法が生々しい。
主人公のピースマークのバッジと生まれつき人殺しメッセージの矛盾によって、
人間の本質を描いた名作。
この映画をパロディしているファミコンウォーズのCMは、懐かしい。

プラトーンは、現在浮名を流すチャーリーシーンは見る影も無く、素敵な演技を見せる。
あきらめない世界最高のあきらめない強い気持ちを持つベトナム人との野戦で、
大尉の両手を広げて戦死するシーンが素晴らしい。
しかも、音楽が秀逸。

I talked to my friend, A about which Vietnam war movie is your favorite, and it's been in ages that I watched his, Full Metal Jacket and mine, Platoon.

It's really cruel and lively that they destroy young boys' personality to make soldiers. A contradiction of the main character wears a peace mark batch and a message, "Born to kill" written on his helmet shows human nature in wars, which makes this movie a masterpiece. The CM of Family Computer Wars is a parody of this movie. It bring me back.

Flirty Charlie Sheen acts fantastically in Platoon.　A scene that shows Sergeant Elias is shot by Vietnamese who never give up and have the strongest mentally is speechless. The BGM picked by Oliver Stone is just awesome.
